About AedID

Every building accumulates a paper trail — deeds, plans, permits, warranties, invoices, inspection reports — and almost every building loses it. Owners change, folders scatter, and the knowledge of what was built, fixed, and promised quietly evaporates. The building outlives its own memory.

AedID is that memory, kept. It reads the documents a property already has, organizes what they say into a living record — spaces, equipment, work done, work due — and holds onto the evidence behind every fact. The record anticipates what the building needs next and helps the right people act on it, whether that is the household itself or the property-care firm looking after a portfolio.

What we believe

• The record belongs to the building. It should survive changes of owner, manager, and software fashion — permanent and transferable, like the deed itself.
• Evidence over assertion. Every fact in an AedID record can point back to the document, photo, or person it came from.
• Care is proactive. A good record does not just remember; it notices what is due, what is expiring, and what is quietly getting worse.
